New Year: Full Address Of FEDPOFFA Rector, Engr. Dr. Kadiri Kamoru Oluwatoyin FNSE To The Polytechnic Community

New Year Greetings To The Polytechnic Community

On behalf of the Management, I felicitate with all Staff, Students, Alumni, and friends of the Polytechnic as we mark the beginning of the new year.

As 2023 rolls by and 2024 heralds in, I am excited to announce that the year 2023 has seen a new phase in the management of our noble institution. “With the end of the tenure of some Principal Officers, we witnessed a transition and transparent change of baton at the Rectory and the emergence of a new crop of the resourceful and agile management team.” I thank the Polytechnic community for welcoming us as Management team members. Together, we have built on our collective strengths, have created clarity from unknowns, solidified foundations for the future and achieved remarkable milestones.

In no doubt, the year 2024 will be greater for our polytechnic as we will lift our gaze and focus on developing our next strategy to set up the framework and support systems to actualise these aspirations for our common good. I, therefore admonish you all to join this administration in our resolve to move on a new trajectory that will raise the image of our Polytechnic, and I look forward to working with you to ensure the future direction of this administration is clear and purposeful.

I salute our Staff Unions for the journey so far, I implore them and further solicit for continuous support and mutual relationship for the progress of our dear institution. Furthermore, as the Polytechnic is about to resume for the 2023/2024 Academic Session, I charged our students to be law-abiding, more studious and less adventurous. With love, diligence, and respect for one another, a great Polytechnic is attainable, and our best will certainly come, even sooner.

In the meantime, I send my warmest good wishes to every member of the Polytechnic for a restorative break over the festive season.

Finally, I would like to particularly thank the staff who are on essential duties and cannot take this entire time off because they need to keep the Polytechnic running during the break.

Once again, I wish all of you, the very best of Allah’s blessings and a prosperous NYearear.

Happy New Year!

*Engr. Dr. Kadiri Kamoru, FNSE*
