A renown cyber security expert from Offa, Yunus Damilare Oyetunde popularly known as Coy Emerald has congratulated the Executive Governor of Kwara State, Mallam AbdulRahman Abdulrasaq on his recent conferment as the Sadauna of Ilorin by the Emir of Ilorin.
