The High Court of Justice in Lafia, the capital of Nasarawa State, has arraigned Timileyin Ajayi, the man suspected of killing Salome Adaidu.
He was arraigned on Monday before Justice Simon Aboki of the High Court of Justice, Lafia, in the Nasarawa State capital.
Justice Simon Aboki arraigned Timileyin on Monday while he pleaded not guilty plea to the charge during arraignment.
He was accused with one count of culpable homicide, which carries a death sentence, in violation of Northern Nigeria’s Penal Code Section 221.
