MOBA Grammar School, Otun Ekiti Marks 60th Anniversary

To celebrate years of existence and entrench the spirit of love, progress and togetherness, the alumni association of MOBA Grammar School, Otun Ekiti has joined hands to celebrate the 60 years anniversary of the school in grand style.
The diamond jubilee celebration held on Saturday February 1, 2025, at the school’s premises featured distinguished alumni members from different walks of life.
The celebration provided a platform for the alumni members to meet after many years and interact about the growth and progress of MOBA Grammar School.
Reacting to the anniversary event, the Proprietor of Lens Polytechnic Offa, Dr. Azeez Yisa FCA who represented the 1992/1993 set commended the committee for putting the event together. He noted that the anniversary is a remarkable avenue to come together as friends, brothers, and sisters after many years of departure to give back to their Alma mater.
He noted that being in the midst of his secondary schoolmates gives nostalgic feelings of great time spent together. Furthermore, he expressed gratitude to all the alumni members for coming together in unity to further enhance the growth and development of MOBA Grammar School.
According to him, “I’m highly elated to be here today for the 60th anniversary of our great school. It is really a thing of joy to come together as old friends and celebrate the diamond jubilee of MOBA Grammar School. The school has imparted greatly in us; it is time to pay back in our own capacity as an alumni association and I commend the committee for putting this event together. ”
