‘You better be careful’- Verydarkman issues warning to Punch Newspaper
The popular social media warlord, Verydarkman has issued a stern warning to the Punch newspaper over recent publication against him.
This was revealed during a video posted on his social media handles while reacting to the 7-day ultimatum given to him by All Progressives Congress, South-South region to apologise to the Senate President, Goodwill Akpabio.
Recall, the renown activist called out the Senate President for leading a five-man federal government delegation to the funeral of late Pope Francis at Vatican,adding that the attention of the lawmakers is more needed in Nigeria where killings and insecurity are becoming more pervasive.
In his reaction to the ultimatum, the ratel king lambasted the APC South South including the writer of the ultimatum letter and issued his own 7-day ultimatum to the lawmakers to end insecurity in some parts of the country including Jos, Benue, Edo, Kwara, Ogun among others.
He noted that the spate of insecurity in Nigeria requires more attention than attending events outside the country where the lawmakers are relatively unknown.
Reacting to some part of the narrative in the statement published in punch with caption:” Verydarkman is becoming more notorious for blackmail, slander, and character assassination while pretending to be an advocate for the masses and social crusader.” He warned the newspaper outfit to desist from being agent of propaganda to push bad narrative against him.
According to him, “… Punch, let me tell you something, the quickest way to fall your brand is by letting these people use you to do propaganda or to push a narrative. …Don’t ever think in your life that you can push propaganda against me, na me (sic) fit push propaganda to spoil wetn u get (sic)… It is not how long… Don’t let these politicians to use you to spoil ur brand, I go help u spoil am (sic). You better be careful” God go punish u na wey type this thing for punch ( sic).”
