MOK Foundation’s Agricultural Intervention Outreach Continues In Ifelodun LG, Distributes Chemicals, Tools to Farmers in Babanla Community
In its continuous drive to enhance agricultural productivity and ensure food security, the Muhydeen Okunlola Kayode (MOK) Foundation has extended its support to farmers in Babanla town, a rural community in Ifelodun Local Government Area of Kwara State.
The initiative, part of the Foundation’s ongoing “Empowering Farmers 2025” programme, provided essential agricultural inputs including agrochemicals and spraying equipment to farmers in Babanla town.
Designed to significantly improve crop yields and support local livelihoods, the intervention reaffirms the MOK Foundation’s commitment to food security and rural empowerment across Kwara South and North.
Speaking at the distribution event held in Babanla town, farmers expressed deep appreciation to the MOK Foundation and its founder, Alhaji Muhydeen Okunola Kayode, for his unwavering dedication to their welfare.
Many beneficiaries shared how previous support from the Foundation had already transformed their farming practices—leading to higher productivity, better income, and strengthened community development.
The Foundation emphasized that its efforts are aimed not only at addressing the immediate needs of farmers but also at building a resilient and self-sufficient agricultural sector for future generations.
