MOK Foundation Educational Support Extended To 13 More Schools in Kwara, Pays School Fees for Pupils

As part of its ongoing commitment to promoting access to quality education, the Muhydeen Okunlola Kayode (MOK) Foundation has extended its school outreach programme to an additional 12 primary schools in Offa Local Government Area of Kwara State.

The Foundation continued its distribution of branded pencils to young learners, reaching hundreds of pupils in kindergarten and Primary 1 to 3 classes. In a show of further support, the Foundation also paid the school fees of 25 pupils at Wesley I LGEA School, easing the financial burden on parents and guardians.

The schools visited during today’s outreach include:

4. Olugbense LGEA School

5. Ansar-ul-Islam LGEA School

6. Tawakalitu Primary LGEA School

7. Egunkara LGEA School

8. St. James I LGEA School

9. St. James II LGEA School

10. Wesley I LGEA School

11. Agun Baptist LGEA School

12. First Baptist LGEA School

13. Taoheed LGEA School

The distribution exercise was again led by the Foundation’s Director, Mr. Saheed Lawal, who reiterated the Foundation’s mission to support education at the grassroots level.

“We believe in the power of education to transform lives. Our Founder, Qs. Muhydeen Okunlola Kayode, is passionate about making sure every child gets the opportunity to learn, regardless of their family’s financial status,” he said.

The pencils distributed were produced by BAMIB Resources and Investments Company, a local manufacturer known for supplying educational materials to public schools across Nigeria.

Headteachers and staff across the schools expressed appreciation for the Foundation’s gesture, noting the positive impact it will have on the pupils’ motivation and academic performance.

The MOK Foundation has become widely known for its philanthropic work in areas such as education, health, and community development.
