The West African Examinations Council (WAEC) has announced the official release of the 2025 West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) results for school candidates.
In a statement posted on its verified X (formerly Twitter) handle on Monday, the Council confirmed that candidates who participated in the examination can now access their results online.
“WAEC is pleased to inform candidates who sat the WASSCE for School Candidates, 2025, that the results have been officially released today, Monday, August 4,” the statement read.
Candidates are advised to log on to the Council’s result portal via www.waecdirect.org to check their performance using their examination details.
Further details on the performance statistics and breakdown of results are expected to be released soon.
