The Honourable Member representing Ojomu Balogun Constituency and Chairman House Committee on Health and Nutrition at the Kwara State House of Assembly, Ogbeni Ogunniyi heartily congratulates Col Abdulwahab Ademola Lawal-Rabana rtd on his well-merited appointment as member of the Board of the Nigerian Communications Commission.
Col Lawal-Rabana is an acclaimed management consultant with masters and doctorate degrees in Public Policy from St Clements University. His military career spanned over two decades of service in the Nigerian Army Infantry. Over the years, he has demonstrated admirable integrity, competence, and unwavering commitment to public service. Col Lawal-Rabana is the Chairman of Kwara State Education Trust Fund (ETF).
Col Lawal-Rabana is a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants and a member of its governing council. He has held many public appointments, including as board member of Ahmadu Bello University Teaching Hospital. He actively leads the Research Directorate of the Savannah Centre for Diplomacy, Democracy, and Development — a leading think tank organization, where he conducts a number of high-level policy advisory at governmental and non-governmental levels.
