The ND2 Business Administration team of Lens Polytechnic Offa has emerged champions of the maiden edition of the Faculty Dean’s Cup organised by the National Association of Management Students (NAMS) at Lens Polytechnic, Offa.
The keenly contested final, held at Olofa Stadium, saw ND2 defeat their HND1 counterparts in a thrilling encounter. The competition, which drew students from across the School of Management, aimed to promote teamwork, excellence, pace-setting, and sportsmanship among participants.
Speaking after the match, the Dean School of Management, Mr. Fatai Azeez commended the players and students for making history as pioneers of the tournament. He urged them to keep believing in themselves and to strike a balance between academics and social life, noting that “opportunities will always present themselves.”
Winners and runners-up received cash prizes, while medals were presented to the victorious ND2 team. Individual honours also went to the best player of the competition and the highest goal scorer.
