MOK Foundation Distributes Food Palliatives to Over 4000 Beneficiaries in Kwara

The Muhydeen Okunlola Kayode (MOK) Foundation has again distributed food palliatives to over 4000 beneficiaries in Offa community.

The food palliative was distributed on Saturday October 4 2025 at the foundation’s Head Office, Emiola covering the people at the grassroots, including people living with disabilities.

Recall the foundation embarked on a food security initiative by cultivating 50 hectares of land and planting cereal and tuber crops. The crops harvested were processed into raw foods such as corn, cassava flakes and distributed to the beneficiaries.

While addressing the press, the MOK Foundation Media Director, Mr. Nurudeen Muhammad noted that the food distribution is another phase of food intervention coming from the foundation. He added that the foundation had earlier distributed farm produce harvested to the beneficiaries.

Speaking further, Nurudeen said the foundation, aside from food palliative, is into different humanitarian services, including healthcare support, scholarship schemes, cash disbursement to SMEs, and community development services, among others. He added that the founder, Qs Muhydeen Okunlola Kayode’s positive impact, is creating a ripple effect at the grassroots.

“Qs Muhydeen Okunlola Kayode derives joy from making an impact, and he has been consistently doing that since three years ago and not stopping. What we are witnessing today is another distribution of food palliative harvested from the foundation’s farm. The food security initiative is to support the government and not to compete with the government,” he said.

In their separate interviews, the beneficiaries expressed gratitude to the MOK Foundation for providing consistent succor to the people at the grassroots.

A beneficiary simply identified as Mallam Sarafa noted that the food support is not the first of its kind from the foundation, adding that he is a regular beneficiary of MOK Foundation’s intervention.

Another beneficiary described Qs Muhydeen Okunlola Kayode as a man of the masses who is consistent in the delivery of promises. She rains prayer on MOK and his Foundation to continue to prosper.

Furthermore, the chairman and secretary of People Living with Disabilities in Offa said the foundation has been supporting and catering for the well-being of people living with disabilities consistently. They prayed for the Qs Muhydeen Okunlola Kayode to continue to progress in his endeavor.
