FEDPOFFA Rector appreciates governing council, other stakeholders for support, begins second phase of 5 years tenure

Reaffirms commitment to serving Fedpoffa with integrity, transparency and dedication

Following the begining of the second phase of his five years tenure as the fifth substantive Chief Executive Officer of the Federal Polytechnic Offa, the Rector, Engr. Dr. Kadiri Kamoru Oluwatoyin FNSE has appreciated the Polytechnic Governing Council, management team, staff, students and other relevant stakeholders for maximum support for his administration.

The Rector in appreciation note released on Monday 6 October 2025 wrote:

“Distinguished members of the Governing Council, esteemed Management team, dedicated staff, vibrant students, the cherished host community, valued Osogbo and Offa support groups, and all esteemed stakeholders of the Federal Polytechnic Offa, it is with profound gratitude and immense humility that I write today, Monday, October 6, 2025, as we mark the beginning of the second phase of my tenure as the 5th Substantive Rector of our great citadel of learning, having assumed this mantle of leadership on April 6, 2023. The journey thus far has been one of shared vision, resilience, and remarkable achievements, made possible by your unwavering support and cooperation. I stand before you with a heart full of appreciation for the trust and collaboration that have defined the first phase of this 5-year tenure.

“To the Governing Council, your strategic guidance and steadfast belief in our collective mission have been the cornerstone of our progress. Your wisdom and oversight have provided a clear roadmap, enabling us to navigate challenges and seize opportunities for growth. Your commitment to the advancement of our Polytechnic has inspired us all, and I am deeply grateful for your leadership and encouragement, which have laid a solid foundation for the successes we celebrate today.

“To the Management team, your dedication, professionalism, and tireless efforts have been instrumental in translating our vision into tangible results. Your collaborative spirit and innovative approaches have driven operational excellence and fostered an environment of academic and administrative progress. I sincerely appreciate your partnership and support in steering the Polytechnic toward greater heights, and I look forward to our continued synergy as we embark on this new phase.

“To our dynamic staff of both teaching and non-teaching, your hard work, commitment, and passion for excellence have been the heartbeat of this institution. Your contributions, whether in the classroom, laboratories, or administrative offices, have shaped the lives of our students and strengthened the reputation of our Polytechnic. I am immensely grateful for your sacrifices and dedication, which have been pivotal in achieving the milestones of the first phase.

“To our vibrant and dynamic students, you are the lifeblood of this institution and the reason we strive for excellence. Your enthusiasm, patience, understanding, creativity, and resilience inspire us daily to create an enabling environment for learning and personal growth. “To my fathers and mothers in the offa metropolis and our esteemed Osogbo support groups, your warmth, hospitality, and unwavering support have made Federal Polytechnic Offa a true home for learning and development. Your partnership has fostered a harmonious relationship that has strengthened our resolve to contribute meaningfully to the socio-economic growth of our region. I am deeply appreciative of your goodwill and look forward to deepening this bond for mutual benefit.

“As we transition into the second phase of this tenure, I humbly seek your continued support, fruitful partnership, and collaboration to consolidate the positive strides of the first phase.
