First Edition African Fashion Fusion Show To Take Place In Offa June 14 and 15 2025

Oni of Ife, Olofa, Onigboko, Kwara First Lady, Other Dignitaries To Grace Event To Celebrate Culture, Style and Royalty

The ancient town of Offa in Kwara State is poised to host a vibrant blend of culture, couture, and creativity as the maiden edition of the African Fashion Fusion Show makes its grand debut on June 14–15, 2025.

The highly anticipated event will take place at the Imperial Event Center, opposite Summit University, Offa.

According to the Head of Team, Toheeb Raji, the two-day cultural fiesta will spotlight fashion, culture, arts, crafts, and exhibitions, serving as a convergence point for tradition and innovation in African style.

“This is not just another runway show,” Raji noted. “It’s a celebration of identity, creativity, and African excellence across diverse art forms. We aim to promote cultural preservation while empowering fashion entrepreneurs.

“This is a golden opportunity for creatives to gain visibility, connect with stakeholders, and take pride in African aesthetics,” Raji added.

The event will draw an illustrious lineup of dignitaries and royal guests, including the Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi, Ojaja II; the Olofa of Offa, Oba Mufutau Muhammad Gbadamosi Okikiola Esuwoye II, Ajagungbade I; Onigboko of Igbokoland, Awori Kingdom, Lusada Igbesa, Ogun State, HRM Oba Itu Olasunkanmi Yusuf, Ilemobade II among other royalties.

Also expected is HRM Olori Aderonke Ademiluyi Ogunwusi, a noted advocate of African heritage and founder of the Adire Odua Textile Hub.

Other prominent figures gracing the show include the First Lady of Kwara State, H.E. Amb. Prof. Mrs. Olufolake Abdulrazaq, founder of Ajike People Centre, and H.E. Omolewa Yetunde Ahmed, former First Lady of Kwara State.

The show will also feature high-profile industry players such as Bolaji Sparks, a renowned fashion entrepreneur and CEO, who is expected to bring a touch of glam to the celebration.

Organizers say the African Fashion Fusion Show is designed not only as a cultural spectacle but also as an economic platform for local artisans, fashion designers, and exhibitors to showcase and sell their works.
