SSANIP Applauds Lenspoly Offa Proprietor After Presentation At 74th NEC/GEC Meeting

The Senior Staff Association of Nigeria Polytechnics (SSANIP) members have applauded the Proprietor of Lens Polytechnic Offa, Dr. Azeez Yisa FCA after his presentation at the 74th National Executive Council (NEC) and General Executive Council (GEC) meeting held at the Federal Polytechnic Offa.

The association, which comprises Senior Staff across Nigeria Polytechnics, converged at the Federal Polytechnic Offa to channel a mutual understanding and better working conditions for all teeming staff in the Polytechnic sector.

The meeting which featured a retooling and reskilling awareness lecture was handled by a financial expert, Dr. Azeez Yisa FCA who spoke on financial plans.

While delivering his lecture, the Dr. Azeez exposed SSANIP members to different investment opportunities and potentials capable of enhancing their financial stability through proper planning.

Emphasizing on the importance of financial planning, he noted that proper planning is the right channel to actualize one’s vision in life.

He charged the SSANIP members on prudent savings as part of good financial planning ahead of retirement.

According to him, “Financial planning is a way of saving part of your income for future purposes, part of the income you preserve will work to generate additional income for you. You need to enslave money and not allow the money to enslave you.”

Talking about the qualities of a good entrepreneur, he highlighted risk taking, innovative, proactive, adaptability and resilience. He therefore charged the intending entrepreneurs to build a strong team, stay focused on long-term vision and develop a good attitude to achieve their desired dream.

Astonished by his presentation, the union members with a standing ovation showered cheerful encomiums on the Proprietor, for inspiring them with his experience as a successful entrepreneur.
