Lenspoly Offa School of Science and Engineering holds train-the-trainer workshop
The School of Science and Engineering of of Lens Polytechnic Offa has organised a project writing training workshop at the Polytechnic Permanent Site.
The workshop tagged training-the trainer was organised to further enhance human capacity building and staff development.
According to the reports obtained in Lens PRO page, the highly intriguing and interactive workshop featured two resource persons, scholars in the field of engineering from the Federal Polytechnic Offa.
The first segment was handled by a thoroughbred researcher, Engr. Dr. Abdulhazeez Olohubdare Ajao who extensively discussed the chapter-by chapter template of research in the field of engineering. Engr. Dr. Ajao discussed a standardized framework for academic project writing and research, while the second researcher, Engr. Dr. Kehinde Olufemi discussed the ethical and effective use of artificial intelligence in research and project writing. The workshop provided an opportunity for staff of the school of science and engineering to interact, serving as a platform for knowledge sharing and intellectual discourse.
While appreciating the resource persons for sharing their knowledge with staff members, the management commends the School of Science and Engineering under the leadership of the Dean, Engr. Christian, the project chairperson, heads of departments, and the entire staff of the faculty for the successful workshop and looks forward to more intriguing academic activities for staff members’ growth and development.
Present at the workshop were Proprietor, Dr. Yisa Azeez FCA, Rector, Dr. Mrs. Mulikat Bolajoko Aliyu, Director of Strategic Planning, Mr. Fatai Azeez, Registrar, Mr. Hammed Sarafa Olalekan, Director of Exams, Mr. Adetunji Mubarak, Chief Compliance Officer, Mr. Nasif Agbolahan, Admission Officer and Director of MIS, Mr. Sanni Afeez among others.
